I would like to submit a letter of appreciation to Mr. Joe McNichols.  Several weeks back, I had contacted your department regarding a major issue.  Our agency, Guard Force International LLC had changed out business entity to Guard Force International Inc.  I was unaware of the process of updating the CCR/DUNS/OCRA registration due to my Vice President/Marketing Director suffering a stroke and was hospitalized.  Our company was in process of bidding on a major federal solicitation and needed assistance.

Mr. McNichols received my call and took the time out to listen to my concerns and frustrations.  He had assured me that everything would get taken care of and took time out to explain the process.  Based upon his advice, I updated my DUNS information.  Mr. McNichols made 3 separate follow up calls to ascertain my status of the CCR registration.  I was emotionally upset and overwhelmed over the issue.  After several hours I was able to successfully update my CCR and start the process of the ORCA due to his dedication to duty and going the extra step to help an unknown vendor.
